Day 2 - P90X - Ploymetrics

My First P90X Pullup![]()
Plyo what? I think they meant to call it "plado". Because that is how I felt after the workout. OMG. Tony Horton starts the session out by telling you that you may want to grab a bucket and now I understand why! Don't do this workout with any food in your stomach. It might not stay down!
Other than that this is a fantastic workout. Plyometrics is also known as Jump training. The training emerged in the 70's and relates to any activity that requires speed and strength, as it improves your ability to run faster, jump higher, and maneuver in multidirectional sports.
I am writing this on the next day so needless to say I am having a hard time walking down my apartment stairs. (I live on the second floor...)
In terms of our business building we had had a decent day. I sent a newsletter updating 2000+ people that our new blog www.coachscottblack.com/blog is up an running. We are already starting to get some feedback on this site and we look forward to more. Barb also met with 2 people to discuss some of the different products we offer. But no converts on this day!
