Okay I got through it. But I don't have to like it. I'd rather walk on burning coals than do this part of the program. But we all can't love everything.
I know, I know that is not a good coach talking. Perhaps things will get better before the end of the 90 day cycle. Here's to hoping.
By the way, whose idea was it to put Yoga X workout right behind your tricep workout? Downward dog is a killer when your tris are tired.
I will be glad when this Vita-Mix show is over, The 12 to 15 hour days back to back for 2 weeks are a little tiring. Out machine sales were higher today. We sold 7 of them. Not bad for a Monday.
I had a chance to speak to 2 people today about the business. We shall see in the next few days. I obtained 9 email addresses from people interested in receiving some health tips and updates from our newsletters.
I am starting to receive some feedback from the Trade Show vendors. More to come on this in future postings.
