I worked out at around 9:45 p.m. and I received an unexpected side benefit. I slept like a baby!
And I must say once again I Love This Workout! Of course this should come as no surprise. Males do love to puff out their chest! And this workout never fails to do that very thing.
My weight and reps are increasing in both Back and Chest each week. I should have no problem in reaching my goals. Those goals are posted on my Team BeachBody web site. http://teambeachbody.com/coachscottblack
No new direct business contacts today but we did receive about ten emails from potentially interested BB clients.
Saturday will prove to be slightly tougher. The day at the Vita-Mix demo is two hours longer. Plyo X is tonight’s workout and that one always wipes me out. Wish me luck!
Tip Of The Day
Eat 5 or 6 Small Meals Through Out the Day
· Speeds up metabolism
· If you eat less youe body will start to hibernate and store the food
· Helps to avoid the desire to over eat
· Puts less stress on colon
· Stabilizes blood insulin levels
· Portion your meals at about the size of your fist
· Spread apart about every 2 to 3 hours
