I hate to admit it. I was weak. But then again maybe I should have. The day was long. 15 hours worth of demonstrating the Vita-Mix. We sold all of our stock except 3 machines so hopefully we will sell the last 3 on Sunday.
I crashed as soon as I made it home. I seem to remember barb trying to hand me a glass of water but it slipped from my fingers as I fell into dream land.
The next workout is Shoulders and Arms. I look forward to it and I look forward to the last day of this Sam's Vita-Mix road show.
Tip Of The Day
Drink Water

Drink at least half your body weight in ounces per day of filtered water.

The easiest way is to buy a container that has the minimum amount you need. Fill it at the beginning of each morning and make sure it is empty by the end of the day.

Or drink 8 to 10 glasses each day (portions are 8 to 10 oz glasses)

Remember you will need over 5 to 7 glasses of water to compensate for 1 soda.
