Day 17 - P90X - Shoulders and Arms - Week 3

I like most people enjoy my upper body workouts. As Tony Horton likes to say these are "Vanity" workouts. I guess it feeds the "ego" more than other workouts. I'll have to keep this in check. :)
My weights did not go up this time as my tris were sore from my previous Back and Chest workout. But the weights did not decrease so that was good.
I have not been performing the "Ab X" workouts due to time restraints. I will start the Ab X right after the Vita-Mix show ends. Speaking of which my public workouts begin tomorrow. The first workout will be Yoga X. Workouts will be in my apartment fitness center until I find a suitable workout facility.
Overall I am starting to feel much stronger and alive. this of course was the main intent. One would just need to ensure they keep hydrated and nourished during extreme activities such as P90X. I am still searching for people who may be interested in regaining their health so feel free to forward my web site to any of your friends.
