Day 19 - Legs and Back and Ab Ripper X / Tip Of The Day

Today I worked out my legs and back followed by Ab Ripper X program. Legs are taxing at times but I feel that mine are improving week by week. The "Burn" is more present than in most workouts because Tony puts us through several "high rep" workouts. I may change this slightly toward the end so that way I can continue to increase my muscle mass. I have not weighed myself yet but Barb is telling me she can see a difference. Next week is the last week of phase I. I will be posting Phase I photos upon completion of this cycle.
Kenpo X is tomorrow and we have 4 people who have RSVP. This should prove exciting to see more people! I hope we can keep our punches straight and keep from kicking one another. ![]()
Barb had a great visit with our Chiropractor today and their conversation turned towards our P90X program. He asked if we could lead a few classes in his office. I will be creating a presentation to show him how we may be able to help his business in the next 2 days. I am excited about the new possibilities that are coming!
We met about 6 new people today who were interested to learn more about Team BeachBody.

This does not mean keeping "busy" but it means enjoying everything and every moment life has to offer. Remember to enjoy "in" yourself and to be in "this present moment" at all times and you will become like a "child" and each passing thing will be an absolute delight. Don’t: over react to situations, over extend your schedule, eat while watching TV, discuss stressful issues while eating; don’t eliminate relaxation time.
