Day 21 - A Day Of Rest

Most people use this day to utilize the Stretch X routine and normally I would do the same. After all who doesn't need a good stretch or massage. Both of these have the same function in the fact that they aid in the recovery process.
And of course they just feel good. But today I slept, slept and worked on several key business administration details. Bottom line for anyone reading, stretch as often as possible! Before, during, after and in-between workouts is a GREAT idea!
On a side note we signed up a new coach today and 3 new customers over the last 4 days. I was also able to send out a marketing email to roughly 900 of my Vita-Mix customers. So far 120 people have opened the email and 15 people have reviewed the BeachBody Invitation and Product videos. Not bad stats for sending just a little over 3 hours ago.
On a personal note I did find a Country Western Club in Davie Fl that Barb and I will be going to sometime in the near future. It has been a long time since I have taken my wife dancing so this is going to be awesome for both of us.
Tomorrow starts my 4th week and last week of the first phase of the program. So, one week from now my readers should expect new photos to be posted. Also it appears the 4th week seems to be more cardio intensive. I am not sure how thrilled I am about this as I have not joined the program to lose body fat (I am already at 7%). Perhaps I will do the cardio but also perform a few heavy weight workouts. I will just have to see how long and intensive the cardio sessions are.

· Children grow while sleeping. (So do adults)
· Sleep helps with cell rebuilding / tissue repair
· Sleep help keeps that youthful look by regulating hormones
· Seven to eight hours of sleep a night is a good average for most people
