Today was awesome! I completed the Yoga X program without groaning even once about all of the Downward Dogs. is this a sign that my body is becoming stronger?
I dare say yes! Yoga X of course is not about strength at least not outward strength instead it ask you to call upon and inner strength and specifically ask for the calm in the storm to appear. You need stamina and a "can do" attitude. And today I was able to Bring It!
Of course I still have a little more to go in terms of stamina but overall it was great! Also, I have a long way to go in terms of flexibility. I currently have the flexibility traits of the ginger bread man. Not sure I will be Gumby before the 90 days is over but one could hope.
I will suggest for any trying to perform this workout that you should find a place / time where there are few distractions and be ready to put on your patience hat. It sometimes feels like you are holding poses for a "little" to long.
Tomorrow is my first time to try Core Synergistic.
On the business front we connected with a Chiropractor and we now have a meeting scheduled for the beginning of Feb to start discussions concerning the start of our new P90X workouts.

· Aids in fat loss
Helps to get you through Yoga X!
2 or 3 times a day while at work, in your car, at home or somewhere you can relax, breathe in for 10 counts through your nose, hold for 5 counts, breath out of your mouth for 10 counts. Repeat this pattern five times. Learn to be a great breather it really will enhance your life.
