"There's a place deep within us that wants to feel fulfilled. It wants to know that "my life has made a difference, that I've left this place, this planet that I've lived on, better than when I arrived. That someone's life has been profoundly touched because of my existence." Tip Of The Day Stretching - Do It Daily · Reduces muscle tension · Increases range of motion · Increases flexibility · Spend 10 – 30 seconds in each stretch. Don’t bounce. · Along with stretching we recommend monthly or bi monthly massage therapy. Deep massage helps the body eliminate lactic acid build up from weight training. · I also feel that a good preventative is to schedule chiropractic alignments.
