Here is your: Tip Of The Day
Hydrate and consume complex and simple carbs several hours before starting plyometrics.
I became a mound of quivering jelly 5 minutes before the program was complete. Oh it was a great workout but I must have been very low on muscle glycogen levels because I was toast. Barb had to drag me to the bed and stuff the recovery drink down my throat with a straw!
Great stuff! Tony does say at the beginning of the workout to have your bucket ready and he aint kiddin! All joking aside please make sure you are taking care of your bodies with proper nutrition when pursuing any type of a workout.
In my case my day got away from me and I did not eat properly most of the day. Then I attempted to perform this very tough workout at a very late time.
On the business front. We almost pulled the trigger for ordering an email list 1 million strong. We discussed it with our email marketing company first and found out that if I sent out about 1 million emails then I would be charged around $5000.00. Gulp...
So it is back to the drawing board. We listened to a few pod cast by Be The Media today and they are doing a great job at telling everyone how to get their messages to many people. I will read the Be The Media book and we will also read the new books coming out by Seth Godin and Scott Stratten.
At the start of Phase II, I will be changing the blog format slightly. I have been asked by several bloggers "why I have started the blog?" So I will start telling you many different things starting next week. In addition to my workout message I will also tell you about our Health Care problems, Government problems, Society problems and much more.
