As I've stated previously; vanity workouts ROCK! The pump you feel in your upper body is exhilerating! So as you can probably guess, tonight's workout went very well.
That now leaves me with just 2 days before the end of phase I. Stretch X tomorrow and then Legs and back the day after. And then my new pics get posted.
