Day 29 - Stretch X and The Power Of The Calendar

We started the day off okay by traveling to the beach for an early morning walk. At least early for me.
Barb usually gets up about 1 to 2 hours before I do.
I then came home to deal with our marketing campaign problems. This turned out to be an all day job and not much got accomplished. So, I stuck with an easier workout; Stretch X.
If you have read past postings you know I enjoy this one and you should also know that we all should be stretching as often as possible!
Tomorrow we are off to an all day Greek festival. I guess I am going to "blow" my diet. Or will I? Oh, let me go ahead and confess. As some of you may realize I am attempting to gain weight and as such I am eating pretty much anything that comes my way.
At any point business prospecting should be good.

"I have a calendar on my desk that fulfills many roles for me. It's where I keep track of clients, meetings at Beachbody, and all other appointments. The most important use for this calendar is tracking my workouts. The days and times are scheduled at the beginning of each month. When I've completed a workout, I circle the date, write what number (for the month) it is, and what type of workout. My goal (for the last 18 years) has been a minimum of 20 workouts a month.
