Day 32 - Yoga X - Start Of Our New Formatting

Today's Progress
Today was Yoga X and though I have years before coming "Gumby" I can say that "it's gettin better" I now know that one key element is that you need to gain patience. I have never performed Yoga before so it is probably the largest learning curve out of all of the P90X workouts. I look forward to expanding my horizons and I am sure that by the end of 90 days I will be transformed in more than 1 way because of Yoga X.
It rained all day so I did not perform any outside recruiting. I did however send out my Feb newsletter. I announced my new blog formatting and this seems to have gained some serious interest.
Tip Of The Day
Resistance Training - Your Best Allie (besides eating properly)
· Helps to reduce the loss of muscle tissue as you get older. On the average we loose 7% of our lean muscle mass every 10 years.
· Helps to maintain a stable metabolism. Every one pound of muscle that you lose you lower your basal metabolic rate by fifty calories per day. This means that as you lose muscle, you would have to automatically lower how much you eat. This is impossible to maintain effectively and it is not healthy.

· Helps to maintain a youthful look
· Helps to maintain a good posture
· Helps to maintain circulation
· Helps to maintain a healthy heart. And in doing so allows for greater blood flow to the extremities allowing individuals to reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease and diabetes. In addition, it helps individuals to maintain mental activity by allowing increased blood flow to the brain.
