Day 39 / 40 - Return Home and Legs and Back

Whew! Back home once again. Workouts on the road can be productive but there is nothing like being back in your normal stomping grounds!
Today's workout was awesome but it can get better. My future plans are to workout so hard until the end of this program that I will become nauseated! Let's see what this system can bring if I bring It!
My pull ups have improved dramatically. I am now performing sets of 10 or more during each session. But I must admit my "abs" workout has not been as strong. For the longest time I skimped on it because I do not agree with the situp style that the program has. So what I am going to do next is come up with what I consider to be "safe" alternatives to those particular movements that I do not like.
Don't throw out the abs workout. Just remember to not perform any movement /workout that "hurts" you. Stressing a muscle is good in good form but hurting a muscle or joint is not good! Pay attention to your bodies!

Do something you enjoy - There is nothing worse then doing something you hate! Life is to short. Enjoy it!
