Emergency Trip Back To Atlanta

I am headed back to Atlanta tonight. I will be gone about one week but I will continue to post daily. One of my Vitamix peers had a death in the family and he could not perform his Vitamix road show.

We shall see if I can keep up with my workouts as my wife is not going with me on this show. She has been a trmendous help in past shows because she shares part of the load of demonstrating, shopping and food prep. When she does these itmes it frees me to be able to take care of my clients and our web site and marketing.

Keep me on my toes!
