Day 43 - Chest / Shoulders / Tris
By Coach Scott Black on Feb 12, 2010 | In Announcements | 2 comments »
It's been a long day! This new workout regiment wiped me out! (Good Thing) My rep numbers were low towards the end but I managed to eek out a few. I should sleep well tonight!
Don't worry if you feel wasted during this workout. They take very few breaks and hit each muscle group one after another. This causes massive lactic build up and swelling. Some cheating will be okay but not at the expense of your safety. The good news is that Tony does a great job of walking you through different options to make this run easier.

TIME SAVING TIPS
Eating properly can be overwhelming in the beginning. Here are a few tips to help you through the transition.
· Plan your meals ahead of time.
· The best plans are plans that are thought about and followed through with a written plan
· Ask for recipes if you need them
· Cook meals ahead of time. Take a time that you have to cook things you can eat through out the week. Freeze them then pull them out when it is time to leave the house or time to eat.
· Consume meal replacement items instead of food. Meal replacements are usually loaded with great nutrition, but more importantly they take time out of having to cook. They are great for quick meal needs, put them in your car for on the go times.
· Most of these meals also digest very easily in the body.
· Get containers to store your food for travel and for the freezer
· Find foods that you like that you know are good for you and find an easy and quick way to make these foods and store them.
· Carry easy foods like, hard bolied eggs, sandwhiches, vegetables, fruits,MRP etc..
