Day 44 thru 48 - I've been Slacking

Hello everyone!
February is flying by and I find myself on day 48 of my P90X workout! I must confess I have missed the last 4 days of blogging but I have not missed my workouts! Well, I have not missed the resistance programs. But, I have missed a couple of the cardio and stretching sessions. Everything seems to be back on track as of yesterday!
No excuses but I will say I have to get my act straight for when I am on the road. This threw me off further from track then I originally thought it would.
That being stated, I love Phase II. This appears to be more of a true workout until failure program. Boy does that burn! Be prepared to lower your weights and to lower your rep count for the first couple of workouts!

Use Weight-Bearing Exercise to Offset Osteoporosis By Steve Edwards
"Osteoporosis causes a thinning of the bones that can result in fractures within the spine and kyphosis (a hunched-over look). Weight-bearing exercise and resistance training have been shown to strengthen bones and help prevent osteoporosis. However, if you have osteoporosis, you must use caution when starting an exercise program. Check with your doctor first and don't start too hard. This may be just the remedy your body needs."
