Day 49 - P90X - Legs and Back

Great workout today! My pull ups are increasing during each workout. The "Lats" are growing which is always a good sign that the program is working. Plus Barb is telling me that my pants are fitting a little tighter on the back side.
My body fat has increased slightly due mainly to a massive calorie intake. I will strip it off during the second half of the last phase. In the mean time I will continue to put on the pounds.
Wearing my P90X shirt and playing the DVD on my Laptop at the gym has turned out to be a blessing. Many people are asking about the program and advice. I am happy to help any that need it!

Punctuality
Today we live in the busiest and fastest paced society that ever existed. Every one has their own schedule they must keep. In keeping their so-called schedules we rush here and there, racing the clock and snapping at everyone or anything that gets in our way. This is not a very relaxed life.
Being punctual is an important character trait but not at the risk of your health. If you have a problem getting to places on time, LEAVE EARLIER!
