Day 51 / 52 - Almost Complete With P90X Day 60

Hello everyone! I performed Chest / Shoulders and Tris yesterday and Kenpo X today! The workouts are feeling great! The new Phase II Chest / Shoulders / Tris workout continues to be a killer! I am usually "spent" by the time it is complete!
Remember a tip from Tony is that the last 3 reps should burn and push you to exhaustion. If you do this everytime, then your body will hate you for the moment but love you in the long run!
At the end of day 60 I will be posting a small list of Tips for "New" P90X users. But these tips will apply pretty much for all workouts!
Here is one such tip - Always, always perform quality over quantity. If you blow your form or push too heavy of a weight then you could "hurt" yourself.
Barb is trying to get me to "tan" before the next photo shoot but I do not think I will have the time.
Because were back on the road as of Tuesday. This time it is going to be a 5 day seminar at a Wholefoods in Marietta GA. The good news is that I just found out that an old military friend of mine lives in that area! He and I will be connecting upon my arrival! That ROCKS!
We may be leaving the Vita-Mix industry so we will keep you posted if this does occur.
