Many of you have asked what do I need to start a P90X program.
There is good news. Almost everything you need is already in your home!
Minimal equipment is needed for Beachbody workouts.
Equipment needed varies per workout.
- Cardio / Yoga
- Yoga Mats
- Yoga Blocks – (Optional)
- Towels
- Stool or chair for each student
- Fitness Guide / Pen
- Toning / Strength conditioning
- Pull Up bars / station
- Bands / Dumbells
- Chair Push up bar – (optional)
- Fitness Guide / Pen
- Towels
- Optional Items
- Heart Rate monitor
- Body Fat tester
- Tape measure
- Camera for photos of progress
- Other printed materials as needed
