Alas, yet another travel week. This seminar will last until Sunday night. Thus we will be returning home to sunny Florida on Monday. As always mentioned travel days are hectic and long and today was no different. Always expect the unexpected or at least learn to "live" in the moment so as to never be surprised or upset!
In the end everything did get accomplished as needed. We got up early, went to IHOP, got on the plane, made a side trip to pick up my missing valentine card (long story), filed our last shows paper work, set the booth up and worked out!
This was my first time for Coresynergistics and I liked it! Yet another way to push your body higher. I have to admit though I am an old school meat head. (yes I know I'm small) but there was a day that I weighed nearly 185lbs at only 5% body fat. I miss the old days of pumping max rep heavy weights. So when P90X is complete I plan on performing an old school Bulgarian 6 week monster set! Your gonna love to hear about this one. And no it is not a BeachBody workout.
