Day 65 - P90X Plyometrics - Defining Muscle Confusion

Hello everyone,
I hope you have been enjoying the last few posts. I have been catching up from being on the road during February. I think I have “caught up” for the most part and I am looking forward to once again providing you with daily postings.
My workout today was excellent. I ate properly the night before and 2 hours before the workout. This gave me the steam I needed to get through the program. Plyo is truly is a remarkable piece to the program but only if you PUSH yourself. Plyo (a.k.a. Jump training) can be one of the most effective fat burning and cardio building tools on the market. Combine jump training with sprint intervals and you will soon become the king at fat burning and a cardio monster!
I suppose that is why the Insanity program is so effective! I can see the Insanity program fast becoming one of my next programs. Stay tuned!
The Tip of The Day series is morphing and I will now be adding some of Tony Horton’s teaching to my postings (no sense in re-inventing the wheel as in this case I believe in about 90% of what Tony is teaching). As such I will now be creating cross links to our P90X Newsletter. The specific cross links will be to the series dubbed: Customizing P90X.
This new series will turn P90X grads and even P90X Plus grads into P90X PROS. So without further delay here is your first: (Click The Link)
