It's raining in Florida and I see on FB that it is also raining all along the east coast up as far as NYC.
I discovered yesterday that our daughter broke her collar bone! Ouch is the exact word she used. So it appears her workout will need to shift from Slim In 6 to Total Body Solutions (TBS).
TBS is a workout created for people with injuries. Chiropractors, Naturopaths and Sports Medicine Clinics and a host of other professionals use this program to rehabilitate their injured clients. Click Here To Learn More About the Program
My workout today was just what I needed. I started to fail on the second set which is what one should be looking for during all P90X workouts. I discovered upon reviewing my workout sheets that this was my last Chest and Back only workout. Not my last Chest or Back workout but the last Chest and back only combo.
Today I will be providing impromptu webinars meetings to any who email, tweet or FB me.

Tip Of The Day
In the next day or two I will be releasing a full set of P90X tips based on my 90 day P90X Journey.
But for today here is my tip. Remember our driving motto - Decide - Commit - Succeed
If you are reading this blog series then it is likely that you have already "committed" to some program. Who knows; P90X, Insanity, ChaLean Extreme or perhaps your own. But Deciding is only part of the game plan. You must Commit to the plan and stick with it. This is true no matter what you are trying to acheive. If you only do something part time or 50% you will soon discover that your goals or plans will not come to pass.
I have found that if you stick to your game plan that the rewards far out-way the difficulty of getting there. One of the best ways to stick to your plan is finding a success partner. Someone who will inspire you or push you to the next level. This could be your best friend, a family member or a Beachbody coach like myself. Whoever it is, you must ask this person to help you achieve your goals and then you must work with them on a weekly and sometimes daily basis to give them updates on your goal progress.
Now, I know most people do not have a way to track or even establish your goals but that is where Beachbody steps in. We have established an online support system that will track your workouts, meal planning and goal tracking. All you need to do is join our team as a Club Member and then you will have access to these and many more helpful items.
