P90X Day 75/76 - Kenpo X And The First few Weeks Are The Toughest

As my P90X Cycle 1 session draws to an end I find myself searching through our extensive workout catalog wondering what should I do next? P90X Plus, Insanity, Hip Hop Abs. ChaLean Extreme etc.
Okay, you got me. If you were listening in previous postings then you know I plan on doing a second round of P90X. WHAT?!!!
Yes I hear your screams of "are you crazy". But as I have mentioned on several occasions I have learned that P90X can be customized to help you achieve many different results. For me it is all about weight gain baby! I have spent the last decade nearly 35lbs below my minimum weight standards and now that I have my Beachbody business and a lot more time on my hands, I now plan on righting some wrongs that occurred while I was in the corporate sector. I will soon be posting what this new workout will look like!
But, I have to admit however that the more I read about Insanity the more I want to Do IT! So dear readers it appears that you will definitely be hearing more about this in my life in about 3 months time.
