Insanity/P90X Hybrid & Warrior Dash Training Has begun!

The crazy and insane Warrior Dash is just 16 weeks away and my cardio system is out of shape! So in an effort to prepare for the mad dash in central Florida I have decided to step up my cardio game. My love of course is still goes out to P90X so to stay true to my first love, I have decided to do a Hybrid cross between Insanity & P90X. This hybrid program will last 13 weeks and will take me close to the arrival date of the Warrior Dash. I started this program today and it felt great!
