Drink Water

Most people do not drink enough water. This of course is one of the many contributing factors towards becoming very unhealthy these days. To make matters worse most people use the excuse that they drink other liquids and this should be okay.
BUT IT IS NOT!
There are of course a few other problems.
1) Tap water SUCKS - There are way too many chemicals (chemicals kill living things) in our water to make it a healthy resource and this is one of the leading reason many people don't drink their water. But the honesty is that even tap water is better than any soda drinks. Stay away from Soda Drinks!!!
2) Most bottle water is also Tap Water - It is no secret these days that big business is so cheap that they use the tap water instead of using some great water filters.
So the moral of this story - Buy a good filter system. Remember this, use a filter or become one.
- Drink at least half your body weight in ounces per day of filtered water.
o The easiest way is to buy a container that has the minimum amount you need. Fill it at the beginning of each morning and make sure it is empty by the end of the day.
· Or drink 8 to 10 glasses each day (portions are 8 to 10 oz glasses)
· Remember you will need over 5 to 7 glasses of water to compensate for 1 soda.
· Water helps balance your PH
· Water helps removes toxins and debris from your body
· Research shows we are born with 85% water in our bodies, but most people die with about 50% water in their bodies.
o This does not have to happen.
You will feel better if you do this! Hydrate yourself to stay healthy and full of life!
