Sleep - The Elixir Of Youth

There is no doubt that sleeping properly makes for a better life. With proper sleep we can think better, relax easier, gain muscle or lose fat much more effectively and many more documented healthy items. Volumes have been written on the subject so I will not bore you with all of the scientific mumbo jumbo.
Typically a person needs around 7 to 8 hours of sleep each day. Anything less over extended periods of time can often lead to disease. There is some research now suggesting that people eating a solid diet often RAW in nature can sleep less over extended periods and not suffer any ill repercussions. I am unsure of this so I will consider the jury is out on this topic until a later date.
I will post tips on achieving better sleep at a later time.
