Today we live in the busiest and fastest paced society that ever existed. Every one has their own schedule they must keep. In keeping their so-called schedules we rush here and there, racing the clock and snapping at everyone or anything that gets in our way. This is not a very relaxed life.
Being punctual is an important character trait but not at the risk of your health. If you have a problem getting to places on time, LEAVE EARLIER!
This is yet another way to avoid stressing yourself out and raising those nasty cortisol levels.
