Phase II Results
Phase II has been an interesting journey. I was kept out of town for about 20 days during this phase so it made things slightly difficult.
My eating plan suffered the most. Though I must say my workouts were not 100% Time restraints were part of the problem and not eating properly was the other part of the problem.
All of that being stated, I do have good news. For the most part my measurement stats inched up slightly. I am now at 41% of my original goal! So as you can see, results can be achieved even on half the calories. And on an even better note, my overall fitness level is improving by, my stamina, strength, cardiovascular levels and my flexibility are greatly improved! I will release new Fit test Stats at the end of the program!

I only gained 1lbs this time around but again that is all due to the fact that I was not able to eat as many calories during my out of state events. I have decided to take the month of March off to catch up on these lost calorie requirements.
Here are my new measurements:
- Chest - 40.75" - 1.25" Gained
- Left Arm - 13.25" - .25" Gained
- Right Arm - 13.5" - NO Gain
- Waist - 30.5" - .25" Gain
- Right Thigh - 22." - .5" Loss
- Left Thigh - 21.5" - .5" Loss
- Hips - 36.5" - .5" Gained
- Body fat - 8.5% - .5% Gained
