Phase III Results
It's final here! I finished my first P90X 90 cycle! The results are amazing! I acheived 56% of my 2010 fitness goals in just 90 days! Looks like I should be able to acheive 100% within 6 months. So I'm doing it again! This next round will be a modified P90X Plus phase. The modification will include an awesome MASS building program. Read more about this phase in my previous posting! And then after I gain my mass gain goal, I will strip any remaining fat by performing the Insanity program! Thus I have my fitness goals set and action plan ready for the next 5 months. I am going to be a NEW me before this year is over!
